What To Expect During My Reiki Session?
Generally, it’s best not to come with expectations, as each Reiki session is very different. Energy healing can take on many forms. However, as a Reiki master, I’ll lightly lay my hands on various parts of your body that may be affected by an imbalance. I’ll also add an integrated approach, combining Reiki with guided meditation so you can feel the most relaxed and open to receiving healing hands during the session.
Reiki healing is very subjective, but most commonly, people walk away from their session feeling relaxed and less stressed. Energy healing is cumulative, meaning that the experiences deepen as you continue with your practice.
